"Elizabeth Harris is a true professional in her field. We simply couldn’t have achieved the quick approval from ALTCS for my father without her help. Her knowledge of the “system “ and her kind hearted guidance led us to a successful placement of Dad in ‘record time’ - about 8 weeks from initial interview to final approval - as promised!
I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is overwhelmed by the challenges posed by the whole ‘process’ of approval and placement of a loved one. Not only did she shine in terms of her efficiency and expertise, she showed her caring heart in many ways towards my father by looking out for his best interests, understanding the true nature of care that he needed, and being a great liaison between our family and the daunting process of ALTCS approval.
She represents the best combination of grit, savvy and heart, and we couldn’t be happier with the results that we received.
